Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Kona Kai Oasis. Below are our hotel policies and procedures; please read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by all of our policies and procedures.
Check in is at 4 PM - Please upload your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence card prior to check in.
Check out is at 11 AM.
A one (1) night stay + taxes and fees (non-refundable) is charged at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due will be charged upon check-in.
If a reservation is canceled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the remaining amount due corresponding to the full length of stay.
If a reservation is canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival the one (1) night stay + taxes and fees (non-refundable) will be forfeited.
If a reservation is made through Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rate, the full amount of the stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. If cancellation of a reservation is made, guests will forfeit the total room charge plus tax.
Kona Kai Oasis reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion, including third-party websites.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
A $35 fee per night, per pet will be charged to the guests reservation. Any evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest room without front desk knowledge, will result in a $150 cleaning fee per day. "Service animals" are allowed free of charge. Please note that there are only few designated rooms that are pet-friendly.
Kona Kai Oasis is a smoke-free property. If guest(s) smoke or allow other occupants to smoke in the unit, guest(s) will be charged a room recovery fee at minimum of $500.00 in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. Smoking is also prohibited in ALL public areas of the property, including the pool and garden area.
Please note that standard Internet service is complimentary with room purchases and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies, or gaming.
Daily housekeeping is available on a request basis - to request a service, please call (561) 777-5204.The service will include removal of trash and fresh towels. Sheets will be changed on the third day of your stay if you request. If you require additional housekeeping amenities or have specific requests, please call (561) 777-5204.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of $100 to cover incidentals and / or damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged (we reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card for the full amount of the incidental / damage incurred). Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and Kona Kai Oasis will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
There are only two parking spots at the property and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, our team will be happy to direct you to available parking spaces nearby.
Kona Kai Oasis does not have any ADA compliant rooms.
The building is not wheelchair accessible, but check-in can be completed per request.
The garden areas are not wheelchair accessible.
There is no designated handicapped parking spot on property.
